SEMESTER GRAND MEETING (SGM) 2009!

Attention To All Parts..Our "Persatuan Teknologi Marin" will be going to have its SGM at LT5 on 4th January 2009 (Sunday) at 8.00pm..

Attendance will be strictly compulsory for every students as this is our very own association..so don't ever put aside YOUR own association.. your supports are really needed in this matter..so guys..please come..

Here the details about our SGM..Please be reminded that this is THE SEMESTER GRAND MEETING..bear in your mind what the sense of MEETING would be..

TIME : 8.00 pm (Please be ON TIME)
VENUE : Lecture Theater 5 (LT5)

ATTIRE :

Part 4
Part 5 = Corporate Attire (Strictly)
Part 6

Part 2 (Old/New), Part 3 and those students who still don't get your corporate shirt..You suppose to wear FORMAL SHIRT without TIE

FEE :

All the AJKs have agreed to fix the payment for this SGM at RM30/= for every students except for new students where the rate is RM35/=

* To all students who still have their fee payment unpaid since last
2008 Annual Grand Meeting..kindly clear it on this comming SGM
because everybody has to pay it..tq for your great co-operation..


Again..Friendly Reminder From Mister President..Please follow the ATTIRE CODE that has been fixed for you..It's simple..If you don't have your corporate shirt then you can wear FORMAL shirt without tie..We try to look smart everywhere we go..ok
